A new year coming

Another year is passing by, a pretty good one for New Concept Comics.
A very busy year I must say, "the year we made contact", with lots of projects done, and others that continue for private clients from India and the US.
I'd like to thank my family, friends, writers and employers for their support, and also I'd like to thank all of the blog visitors from all over the world, to all that came to me with work offers, and to all that came with great comments and critics.
I wish a great new year and a merry christmas for you all.

See you on the other side!

First sketches for "Jed Jr."

These are the basic thumbnails for the first 15 pages of the new Tiny Life's book, called "Jed Jr.". Some of them need more work, others are ready to be drawn at the standard size.

And these are some of the first character sketches, mostly a study of their faces' proportions.

Check out some pictures of the first pages at the Official Tiny Life's website.

Tests

This is some of the latest stuff I've been working on: several tests for different projects doing pencils, inks and colors. Everything it's drawn by me except the toon style, which I only colored.

Another one

Another page from the new project. I've been adding textures and shadows with the inks (which I originally thought to do with the colors).
Some of the windows won't be exploding in the final version.

New colors

This is the previous page with the corrected panels and with the new colors.
I'll be making more corrections on brightness and changing a few colors.
However, I'm considering the possibility of delegate the coloring to another colorist or either having an assistant in order to complete the colorings in a shorter period of time.

Inking

Another page for the new project. A panel from the previous page was changed, I'll be uploading later all the latest versions.

New page

I've been working on this page doing the pencils, inks and colors. This is for the new project.
I've been told to change a few things of the colors, and I'm working on it.
I hope you like it.
